Wine is immediately ready to taste, releases delicate aromas and it has a good structure.

It ages for some years.

Per hectare yield:Each 100 kg of grapes 70 litres of first pressing
Contents:Alcohol 12 % - Total acidity 5,75 g/l - Dry extract 28,5 g/l
Ageing:8 months in stainless steel vats and big Slavonia oak barrels.
Refining:6 months in the bottle
Colour:Ruby red colour.
Aroma:Vinous, intense and typical bouquet.
Taste:Dry, harmonious and smooth taste.
Serving suggestions:Salame and cold cuts, pasta with meat and/or mushroom sauce, red meat. Enjoy it with your fiends!
How to serve:18-20° C in baloon glass of medium capacity. Please stow away from light and heating, laid down in a cool place.
Longevity:3 - 5 anni
